The San Fabiano Calcinaia Farm is situated in the hills of the prestigious Chianti landscape. It consists of two separate parcels for a total of 165 Ha. The offices, a winery, and most of the vineyards are in Poggibonsi.
The other in Castellina in Chianti includes the agritourism complex and the remaining 25 percent of the vineyards. The owners Guido Serio and his wife Isa came to San Fabiano in 1983. They immediately began investing in producing quality wines, restoring the vineyards and the vinification/aging cellar, and creating a professional, motivated staff.
Today San Fabiano Calcinaia produces fine wines made exclusively with grapes from its own vineyards, which are distributed and enjoyed worldwide.
The conversion to organic farming began in 2009 and has been involved in overall production—the latest step by a company choosing to combine quality and sustainability.
The farm offers villas and apartments with a swimming pool, all renovated and furnished in Tuscan style, where pleasant, restful moments can be enjoyed in the quiet of the Tuscan countryside.
